Join the IPRO, Alliant Quality, and Telligen HQICs for the first of a dynamic two-part webinar series featuring proactive strategies and tools for preventing all-cause harm related to sepsis and readmissions.
Part 1 will focus on the importance and impact of early, equitable sepsis recognition from both the patient/family and healthcare provider perspectives.
We’ll share successes with using a multidisciplinary approach, evidence-based practices for patient care and system management, and a call-to-action to set the stage for meaningful attendee participation in Part 2.
