Join the IPRO, Alliant Quality, and Telligen HQICs for the first of a dynamic two-part webinar series featuring proactive strategies and tools for preventing all-cause harm related to sepsis and readmissions.

Part 1 will focus on the importance and impact of early, equitable sepsis recognition from both the patient/family and healthcare provider perspectives.

We’ll share successes with using a multidisciplinary approach, evidence-based practices for patient care and system management, and a call-to-action to set the stage for meaningful attendee participation in Part 2.

Learning Objectives

  • Understand the interconnectedness of early identification, patient family engagement and disparities in care to enhance patient safety. 
  • Learn how a sepsis screening tool was successfully implemented and achieved results in a 100-bed rural hospital using a multidisciplinary approach.
  • Listen to a sepsis survivor experience and how early identification could have assisted with improving care delivery and patient outcomes.
