As a valued partner in IPRO QIN-QIO’s quality improvement activities, we are pleased to share with you the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Network of Quality Improvement and Innovation Contractors (NQIIC) 2020 Annual Report: Confronting the Pandemic Together.
The Annual Report highlights the COVID-19 response in nursing homes by Quality Innovation Network-Quality Improvement Organizations (QIN-QIOs) during the inaugural year (November 2019 – November 2020) of the NQIIC Program. During this time, 12 QIN-QIOs supported data-driven, innovative efforts from federal, state and local entities to protect nursing home residents and staff amid the pandemic.
