This practical session is filled with actionable ideas and resources to bring your organization to a new level of dementia care. Led by a geriatrician and a team of dementia, clinical, quality and pharmacy experts, this series will grow and influence your knowledge, skills and attitudes around dementia care. Don’t miss it!
