Join us to learn about CMS OMH’s Framework for Advancing Health Care in Rural, Tribal, and Geographically Isolated Communities, which outlines CMS’s rural priorities over the next five years and supports the Agency’s overall efforts to advance health equity, expand access to quality, affordable health coverage, and improve health outcomes for all Americans.
