Presented by the Kentucky Enduring Education & Care Network for Collaborative Dementia Care (KEEN-CDC) and using a series of anonymous Certified Nursing Facilities (CNF) examples and scenarios, participants will demonstrate newly acquired skills in the recognition of CMS deficiencies, awareness of CMS Long Term Care Requirements, and the development of corrective action plans using appropriate tools and educational awareness provided in prior modules.
Practical application of newly acquired skills on the basis of this knowledge will be applied to the development of changes in routine practice resulting in decreased incidence of CMS healthcare deficiencies for CNFs Target.
