The IPRO Quality Innovation Network-Quality Improvement Organization (QIN-QIO), a collaboration between Healthcentric Advisors, Qlarant, and IPRO, works behind the scenes to provide quality improvement support for healthcare providers across 11 states and the District of Columbia. We work directly with nursing homes as well as Partnership for Community Health coalitions to improve the quality of healthcare across the care continuum.
Our quality improvement specialists, data analysts and subject matter experts – at no cost – provide the evidence-based, data-informed tools, education, and technical assistance needed to achieve meaningful, measurable improvement.
Partnership for Community Health
Providers, community based organizations, patients and family caregivers, and stakeholders across the country are coming together, with support from their local QIO, to enhance the health of the community. The IPRO QIN-QIO is already working with more than 200 hospitals in 86 communities. We now have a limited opportunity to expand this offering to select providers.
