The COVID Crusher Trifecta is a unique recognition program that distinguishes and celebrates the accomplishments of nursing home staff who, rising to the occasion during a global pandemic, put residents’ safety first.
COVID Crusher organizations are those who demonstrate high levels of excellence and success in three unique areas—vaccination, education, and patient safety.
For each successful leg of the Trifecta, organizations will receive a certificate of distinction, recognition on our website, and bragging rights on our social media accounts.
Recognition Program
- The first leg of the Trifecta will recognize and applaud those organizations that achieve a COVID-19 staff vaccination rate of 75% or greater by October 30, 2021. Enroll today.
- For the second leg of the Trifecta, we will recognize and applaud those organizations where 75% of staff complete the CMS Scenario-based training by October 30, 2021.
- For the third leg of the Trifecta, homes will demonstrate their commitment to patient safety with a unique challenge soon to be revealed.
