Thursday, May 7, 10:30-11:00am
Based on the success of the IPRO QIN-QIO April 30 webinar, we’re pleased to announce that we will be hosting a series of 30-minute webinars on Thursdays, 10:30 – 11:00 am, beginning on Thursday, May 7. Learn more.
We’re committed to helping you provide the best care for your residents, a task even more challenging due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Join us for a weekly workshop series to hear about strategies that will help you address some of the real challenges you’re dealing with in your day-to-day work.
Join us on May 7 and learn to:
- Review principles of humanitarianism: save lives and prevent/alleviate human suffering
- Describe the process for having honest, compassionate conversations that result in medical orders that clarify resuscitation, respiratory support, and hospitalization preferences and a resident-centered care plan
- Apply effective communication skills and self-care strategies with residents, family, caregivers and staff
All are welcome to attend, especially Administrators, Directors of Nursing, Medical Directors, NPs, PA’s, Social Workers, and Chaplains.
