The PFE LAN on March 21 explored approaches that hospitals can use to discover and communicate the successes of their PFAC by adding patient voices to hospital committees. During this LAN event, participants learned why their PFE story is so valuable to their hospital, how to translate their PFE activities, accomplishments, and milestones into a story, and how hospitals are currently telling their success stories.
