Our Speaker
Susan Whittaker, CPC, CPMA, has more than 25 years of experience working with healthcare providers, including those in private practices, hospital–based settings, and critical access hospitals.
Currently she is a Senior Program Coordinator for Healthcentric Advisors where she provides Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) technical assistance to small practices in New England. As an adjunct to her Quality Payment Program (QPP) work, Ms. Whittaker provides implementation and reimbursement education for other Medicare initiatives such as telehealth, Annual Wellness Visit, Medicare Diabetes Prevention Program, and Chronic/ Complex and Transitional Care Management.
Ms. Whittaker is a certified Professional Coder and Certified Professional Medical Auditor through the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC).
