Join the IPRO QIN-QIO as Al Cardillo, President and CEO of the Home Care Association of New York State, provides information about innovative collaborations between home care and hospitals. Collaborations include ways to address COVID-19 and chronic care management issues during transitions of care.
We’ll also present other unique home care collaborations, such as a home care project with county health departments to provide in-home specimen collection for COVID-19 testing.

About our Speaker
Al Cardillo
President and CEO
Home Care Association of New York State
Al Cardillo is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Home Care Association of New York State. Before joining HCA, Mr. Cardillo served as Executive Director for Health in the New York State Senate, directing the Senate’s Health Committee and the New York State Council on Health Care Financing. He was also a program specialist in the New York State Division of Medical Assistance. He holds a Master of Social Work Degree in Direct Practice from the State University of New York at Albany and is a New York State Licensed Master Social Worker. He also teaches in the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences Public Health Program and in the University at Albany MSW program
