Ms. DeSantis holds a master’s degree in nursing administration from Sacred Heart University and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in nursing.

With over 12 years of healthcare experience, she has knowledge of pediatric and adult medical surgical nursing, sexual assault nursing, care management, utilization review, transitions of care, accountable care organizations, bundle payment programs, clinical operations, and patient throughput.
Ms. Garabedian holds a master’s degree in forensic nursing from Boston College and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Salem State College.

Margie Hackett is the Transition Guide Nurse Manager at Suburban Hospital, a member of Johns Hopkins Medicine, located in Bethesda, Maryland.
She works on improving transitions of care from the hospital to home, skilled nursing, home health, or back to the community using evidence-based care, patient and caregiver education, enhanced communications, and stronger connections with receiving providers and community-based organizations.
Ms. Hackett has a bachelor’s degree in nursing from University of Maryland. She is a certificate holder as a guided care nurse from Johns Hopkins Nursing, and is board certified in gerontology by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
