Boosters and Beyond: Geriatric Bootcamp

Join us for a practical review of common conditions causing hospital readmissions in short-term rehabilitation patients and long-term care residents. Each session will explore current standards of care, recent medical advances, and best practices to enhance resident care and reduce hospitalization. Sessions will be led by a team of academic geriatricians, providers, and subject matter experts who teach, research, and provide care for older adults in nursing homes.
