In this session, we’ll discuss how to establish an organizational culture and infrastructure to support care delivery that is equitable for all patient populations.

• Learn how to implement a standardized process to train the workforce to deliver culturally and linguistically appropriate services.
• Explain the importance of naming an individual (or individuals) with leadership responsibility and accountability for health equity efforts.
• Understand the importance of engaging with clinical champions, patients and families and/or community partners to reduce health disparities.
