Almost half of adults in the United States live with hypertension, and many do not know it. High blood pressure is a leading cause and a controllable risk factor for heart disease and stroke. Despite the many benefits of Cardiac Rehabilitation, enrollment remains quite low –nationally, only 10% to 34% of eligible patients enroll.
