IPRO HQIC presents: Helping Healers Heal

Peer presentation on a wellness initiative developed by New York City Health + Hospital System entitled “Helping Healers Heal.”

Objectives:

1. Recognize that this is the time for employee wellness
2. Describe the New York City Health & Hospital System program
3. Be prepared to take next steps in your own facility

During the session, we will explore all-cause harm (inclusive of acute care patient safety, health equity, patient and family engagement, and high reliability), introduce prevention resources, and engage in an interactive discussion to understand participants’ most time-sensitive needs in ensuring a continued focus of All-Cause Harm in the current environment.
