2024 IPRO LINKS Forum: Fall Session #1

Join us on October 17 from 3 to 4 pm ET as we delve into creative approaches and partnerships aimed at better-supporting individuals with behavioral health and substance use disorders. This session will feature insights from the New Hampshire Mobile Crisis Unit, a peer recovery organization, and an initiative focused on facilitating rapid referrals for individuals struggling with opioid use disorder.

We’ll explore successful strategies, share best practices, and discuss how collaborative efforts can enhance care and support for those in need. Together, we can work towards building a more effective and compassionate system for addressing these critical issues.

Please bring your expertise and experience to this peer-sharing and learning forum if you are a social worker, care transitions/care manager, practice manager, or engaged in supporting individuals with behavioral health needs in the hospital, nursing home, physician, or community environment.
