Join the Northeast & Mid-Atlantic CMS QIN-QIO Digital Health team for a live session for enrolled skilled nursing facilities to view a walkthrough of the AHQT Survey. This informational session will provide guidance on completing each section of the AHQT Survey and answer any questions you may have. This is an opportunity to receive real-time support, clarify requirements, and ensure your organization’s AHQT Survey is completed accurately and efficiently. If members of your IT Support or Quality teams are involved in completing the survey, please invite them to attend as well. We look forward to supporting your AHQT Survey completion and helping address any technical or operational questions.
