Advancing Healthcare Quality Technology (AHQT): Survey Walkthrough & Office Hours
Join the Northeast & Mid-Atlantic CMS QIN-QIO Digital Health team for a live session for enrolled hospitals and outpatient clinical practices to view a walkthrough of the AHQT Survey. This informational session will provide guidance on completing each section of the AHQT Survey and answer any questions you may have. This is an opportunity to receive real-time support, clarify requirements, and ensure your organization’s AHQT Survey is completed accurately and efficiently. If members of your IT Support or Quality teams are involved in completing the survey, please invite them to attend as well.
